• Results from our Storage Space Planner tool are approximate visual representations and should be verified with actual measurements
• Any reliance you place on the information provided on the Site is strictly at your own risk

4. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree to:

• Use the Site and its resources only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Keltrivona, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use arising from your use of or inability to use the Site
• Personal injury or property damage of any nature resulting from your access to or use of the Site
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information stored therein
• Damage to tires, vehicles, property, or equipment resulting from following advice, guides, or recommendations on the Site
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the Content
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SITE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM. As our content and tools are provided free of charge, this limitation reflects the nature of the services offered.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Keltrivona, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary right; or (d) any claim that your use of the Site caused damage to a third party.

8. Third-Party Content and Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services that are not owned or controlled by Keltrivona. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Keltrivona shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any third-party websites.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@Keltrivona.com. We will endeavor to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of receiving your notice.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Keltrivona regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.
